About six years ago, with a strong warning from my doctor, I started aggressively getting my health in order by losing a bunch of weight and diving into a workout program. Since then, I have been slowly evolving my exercise and nutrition program. A key element of my nutrition for the last few years has been my daily smoothie.

I find a smoothie the easiest and quickest way to get in a lot of my target ingredients and supplements. And having it first thing each day just makes me feel healthy and like I’m off to a great start!
